Where Mayeshal came from
We built it for ourselves first.
Mayeshal started as the operations platform that runs Micronetbd's own consulting business. It reads our email and our meetings, it watches our project commitments against what we actually delivered, and it runs our deal desk. It has been running our company every day since 2023, which means the failure modes were found on our own work before they were found on anyone else's.
Turning it into a product meant rebuilding it as multi-tenant software: a separate database per customer, customer-owned AI provider accounts, a permission model that resolves before anything executes, and an administration console the customer operates rather than one we operate on their behalf.
Then came the part that only an implementation firm would have built. Because we spend our days inside real Litify and Filevine configurations, we know that the documented behaviour and the actual behaviour are two different things. A document endpoint that returns success and produces nothing. A relationship that does not appear where the platform says relationships appear. A field name in the documentation that does not exist on the object. Every one of those cost us a day and is now handled. That is not a feature list, it is the difference between an integration and a demo.
